The Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) recently launched a new short titled, “Mergers, Acquisitions, Reorganization, and Spin-offs/Splits (MARS).” This short provides guidance to help Facility Security Officers (FSOs) and Senior Management Officials (SMOs) recognize reporting thresholds and procedures, understand the potential impacts of mergers, and appreciate the benefits to advanced reporting. The short uses the newly released MARS job aid as a resource. This short is 20 minutes in duration and gives you a ton of information to start the conversation with your Industrial Security Representative.
