How to Get
SPēD Certified

1. Prepare

Determine which certifications and credentials are right for you. Review SPēD and assessment preparation resources.

2. Apply

Create a Certification & Credential account and request the assessment(s) you want to attempt. Applications will be approved / denied by your Component Service Representative (CSR).

3. Take the Exam

Once your application is approved, schedule to take the assessment on the day, time, and location through your preferred testing center.
