Description: An effective insider threat program is holistic and leverages a multi-disciplinary approach. In addition to counterintelligence, security, law enforcement, legal, mental health, and cyber, Human Resources (HR) is likewise an integral part of this approach. HR professionals can provide information related to employees’ performance and other relevant personnel information that can help in identifying, mitigating, or responding to insider threats. This webinar will address the importance of human resources to an effective insider threat and its practical application, which may also include providing valuable assistance, such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), to employees in need.
