Description: This course provides introductory training for security practitioners responsible for personnel vetting security management of the Federal personnel vetting program. The course introduces Federal personnel vetting reform commonly referred to as Trusted Workforce (TW) 2.0, its history, laws, policies, and regulations as well as executive orders and U.S. laws that regulate and control the program. It outlines Federal personnel vetting policy, its hierarchy, and TW 2.0 implementation guidance across the Executive Branch. It introduces Federal personnel vetting policy at the strategic, guidelines, operational, and tactical levels.
