Target Audience: The target audience is Facility Security Officers (FSO) at cleared Department of Defense (DOD) contractors participating in the NISP. Secondary audiences include other contractor security personnel, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Industrial Security Representatives (ISR), and DOD Industrial Security Specialists.
