Description: This course provides individuals involved in Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA)  with a high-level overview of presentation skills, effective communication techniques, how to remove communication barriers.

Learning Objectives: This course is designed to enable students to:

  • Compare the different presentation styles and select the presentation skills appropriate for the type of training delivery chosen.
  • Compare the communication techniques and select the techniques applicable to the delivery method and satisfies the learning objectives.
  • Identify communication barriers and methods of their removal.

Target Audience: This course is open to all civilian, military, and contractor personnel responsible for developing, executing, or managing Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) initiatives.
