Description: This course provides individuals involved in Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) with the knowledge to create and maintain learning objectives and assessments within their own training materials. The course focuses on instructional basics, developing learning objectives (including the ABCD format), designing assessments, and effectively mapping learning objectives to those assessments.

Learning Objectives: This course is designed to enable students to:
- Determine the relationship between learning outcomes, learning objectives, and learning domains.
- Evaluate the efficacy of learning objectives, based on the ABCD format.
- Determine the appropriate usage of summative and formative assessments.
- Map assessment items to objectives, based on knowledge level.

Target Audience: This course is open to all civilian, military, and contractor personnel responsible for developing, executing, or managing Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) initiatives.
