Security Professional Education Development (SPēD) Program Management Office Statistics as of 1 March 2026
The SPēD Program Management Office oversees three programs - SPēD, Adjudicator Professional Certification (APC), and Certified Insider Threat Professional (CITP) - and has delivered over 30,000 assessments with an overall pass rate exceeding 50 percent.
Currently, over 6,350 certificants hold 12,492 active certifications and credentials, with nearly half holding multiple certifications. Over 50 Department of War and federal government organizations employ SPēD, APC, and CITP certified personnel.
