Description: The second module of Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information training provides the information necessary for persons to classify matter containing Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI). The course content includes the authorities required for classification, upgrading, downgrading, redacting, and declassification of TFNI; the criteria for information to be TFNI; how to analyze information using the criteria; and how to mark matter containing TFNI.

Learning Objectives:
- Students shall understand the unique authorities for TFNI and be able to analyze matter potentially containing TFNI using the applicable criteria to accurately determine if the matter contains TFNI and to mark matter containing TFNI correctly. Upon completion of the course, students will meet the training requirements for persons to classify TFNI under Title 10 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 1045, "Nuclear Classification and Declassification".
