Description: This webinar provides instruction on identifying suspicious contacts and their subsequent reporting as suspicious contact reports (SCRs). The training will also cover identifying and reporting cyber events. Cyber events are a subset of SCR reporting, and include suspicious internet activity, phishing, and spear-phishing. Emphasis will be placed on how to differentiate between reportable SCRs and cyber events and non-reportable spam or scam e-mails.
