06/16/18: Attention DSS IT System Users: OCIO is planning a scheduled maintenance outage that requires service interruption for various NIPRNet and SIPRNet services (e.g., network-shared file access, SharePoint, etc.) and various external services (e.g., NCAISS, ISFD, NISS, STEPP, OBMS, etc.) may be intermittently unavailable. Maintenance window for DSS IT systems will run from 0800 EST to 1700 EST on 16 June 2018.

Please be advised that STEPP may be offline occasionally; users may receive a “Page Cannot Be Displayed” or “Service Unavailable/HTTP Error 503” error message. Please check periodically to see if it is functioning again. In addition, the system may not be available on Saturdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. due to routine maintenance.

STEP 1

Review the STEPP Technical Troubleshooting Guide PDF icon to ensure your computer is configured properly for use with STEPP. Visit the Technical Issues/Error Messages section of our FAQs for assistance. If you are not able to change the settings on your work computer, contact your IT staff.

STEP 2

If you are still unable to resolve your issue utilizing the instructions provided in STEP 1, fill out and submit the Registrar Request Form for direct assistance.

  • registration
  • curricula assistance
  • exam resets
