STEP 1

Review the STEPP Technical Troubleshooting Guide PDF icon to ensure your computer is configured properly for use with STEPP. Visit the Technical Issues/Error Messages section of our FAQs for assistance. If you are not able to change the settings on your work computer, contact your IT staff.

STEP 2

If you are still unable to resolve your issue utilizing the instructions provided in STEP 1, fill out and submit the Registrar Request Form for direct assistance.

The STEPP/CDSE Knowledge Center (888) 282-7682, Option 5, is available for the following issues ONLY:

  • registration
  • curricula assistance
  • exam resets
