Description: Threats in the NISP offers an overview of foreign intelligence, insider, and cyber threats faced by the defense industrial base. The course demonstrates risk management techniques and introduces learners to potential countermeasures that may be employed to mitigate risk at their facilities. The course provides students with knowledge, skills, and tools required to integrate counterintelligence awareness and risk management principals into their security programs and to foster a proactive, risk-focused culture among security professionals within defense industry. All participants must be registered attendants of the NCMS Conference.
