New Original Classification Authority Curriculum
The Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) is pleased to announce the release of the Original Classification Authority (OCA) Curriculum (IF150.CU). This curriculum is designed for DoD military and civilian personnel appointed to positions designated as an OCA or who occupy positions that prepare recommendations for original classification to an OCA.
The OCA curriculum is a suite of eLearning courses that presents a foundational knowledge of original classification policies, procedures, and methodologies in order to effectively exercise their original classification authority. It also provides OCAs fundamental knowledge to help mark classified information and an overview of the classification challenge process.
