The Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) launched the new job aid Understanding Your e-FCL Submission Requirements. This job aid helps students understand the various business documents and forms required as part of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) Facility Security Clearance (FCL) process in the Electronic-Facility Security Clearance (e-FCL) system.
