Printing Course Certificates

Where is my completion certificate?

To view and/or print an available certificate:

  1. Log in to your STEPP account.
  2. From the Learn menu, select Training Schedule.
  3. Select Completed Registrations or Completed Activities from the View drop-down menu.
  4. Select the activity name you wish to view.
  5. Select the certificate icon.
  6. Select Print.

I completed the course, where is my certificate?

To view an available certificate of completion:

  1. Log in to your STEPP account.
  2. From the Learn menu, select Learning Activity Reports.
  3. Select Training Transcript.
  4. From Activities, select the desired certificate.
  5. Select the certificate icon.

If you still need assistance, please contact the Registrar.

Why can't I view/print my certificate?

Please allow 48-72 hours for our system to update with your training completion. Once updated, you will be able to view and print a copy of your certificate. Please be aware that not all learning activities have certificates of completion.

I completed all the course exercises and screens but my training history still says "In-Progress."

Please ensure you closed the activity properly by selecting "Exit," "Close," "Log Out," or "X" inside the window. DO NOT use the RED BOX "X" in the upper-right hand corner of your screen. Exiting courses improperly will render your status "In-Progress."

For U.S. Army FDO courses, you will not receive credit for the activities you complete if you do not close out properly, as the exam will not return your score to our server.

I registered for a course and completed the training but failed the test. I retook the test and passed, but I don't see the icon for my certificate under Training Transcript.

If you do not close the course properly, STEPP may not update your transcript with completion status or score. Please ensure you closed the activity properly by selecting "Exit," "Close," "Log Out," or "X" inside the window. DO NOT use the RED BOX "X" in the upper-right hand corner of your screen. Exiting courses improperly will render your status "In-Progress."

Can I change the information displayed on my certificate?

Yes.

  1. Log in to STEPP.
  2. On the homepage, select Change My Profile.
  3. Update your information, and then reprint your certificate.

Do you accept external certificates?

No. We do not accept certificates from any other Components or agencies.
