Description: The webinar will provide a case study on a U.S. individual/company's attempt to obtain export controlled material from a Cleared Contractor (CC). It is intended to show how foreign actors are using U.S. based front companies to obtain export controlled material and how the actions of a CC, DSS, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) ultimately led to an investigation and successful conviction of a suspicious entity.
