ACE Credit
ACE LogoCDSE offers credit recommendations for most courses through its affiliation with the American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT). Students who complete a CDSE ACE Credit recommended course are also eligible to receive a Digital Badge through the Credly website, which they can then share on social media to promote their accomplishment and skill sets. Students can also send ACE transcripts through the Credly website to participating institutions where they are pursuing a degree. Many institutions will accept ACE Credit recommended courses as credit earned toward their college degree.

Follow the guidance at the CDSE My Digital Badges webpage to request a CDSE ACE Digital Badge. Once you have accepted a digital badge and set up your profile, you will be able to send an official transcript directly from the Credly webpage to the institution of your choice. For instructions on how to send a transcript, please follow the guidance at the My Transcripts webpage for more information.

Note: If a student fails any ACE Credit recommended course or program exam three or more times within the span of one year, the student will not be eligible for credit recommendation. Ineligibility is not permanent. After a year, if a student retakes exam(s) that he or she had previously failed and passes within three tries, he or she will be eligible for ACE Credit Recommendation.
